Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook Brussels sprouts in a large pot in lightly salted water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and immerse in ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain and cut in halves or quarters.
Cook bacon until lightly browned. Reduce heat and stir in Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper.
Arrange Brussels sprouts in the greased baking dish and evenly distribute the cream over the Brussels sprouts, then distribute the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
Place slices of butter evenly over the breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
