Bell Pepper Nachos (Beef)
These Bell Pepper Nachos with Beef are a great healthy snack or party pleaser! A great way to cut back on chips and breads but still enjoy nachos!

Serving Size
Wash, deseed and cut bell peppers into chip sized bites
Brown 8.0 oz of 95/5 extra lean ground beef in a skillet on medium-high
Once beef is browned, add 1 packet of taco seasoning, half a can of sweet corn, and half a can of black beans. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Line baking sheet with bell peppers, fill with beef mixture and top with 1/2 cup of reduced fat shredded mexican cheese blend
Bake in oven ar 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Let sit for two minutes and enjoy!
