Basil Parmesan Chicken Meatballs

Serving Size
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel and mince 1/2 head of garlic and chop basil.
In a bowl mix ground chicken, basil, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Combine the mixture and form in to meatballs without over mixing. Roll meatballs into tablespoon size.
In an oven safe skillet add a tablespoon of cooking oil and add meatballs to brown for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to oven for 15-20 minutes flipping halfway through until cooked thoroughly.
Remove skillet carefully from the oven and enjoy as you please!
